Welcome to my mat room on the net. A place where I hope to acknowledge a sport which has long been a part of my life - wrestling.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. So this is about images that evoke memories. Some good, some not so good. But when I look at them I remember my times on the mat, in the gym or just wrestling.

Of course, the blog wouldn't be possible without the talents of many cool photographers capturing the action. Thanks in advance to them. I do try to credit pics I find on the net however, If your pic appears and I've not credited it properly or you'd prefer I remove it, I will gladly oblige.
